Contact your original Jamison Bedding dealer. If your original dealer is no longer in business or you have moved outside the service area, please contact the Jamison’s Customer Service. You must be the original purchasing consumer. A copy of original bill of sale is needed to determine original date of purchase. Model name label and law label must be attached to identify the bedding and validate this warranty.
If you purchased a Jamison Bedding mattress set and use it with a foundation providing proper support, this warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Jamison mattress or foundation. Replacement of one piece does not automatically result in the replacement of the other piece. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser.
The warranty coverage runs from the original date of purchase and varies by model. The warranty code is found on the law label attached to the product. Please see the Jamison warranty brochure for each code’s duration. Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.
If you are searching for the most economical investment you can make in your property, this is your product and Jamison is your vendor!
If your Jamison mattress or foundation fails due to a manufacturing defect, Jamison will repair or replace the defective product (at its option) exclusive of transportation and inspection charges. Jamison reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing piece in fabric or color.
Make sure you place your mattress set in an appropriate bed frame with a rigid center support that includes at least five legs. If your bed frame includes a headboard and footboard, make sure the support consists of five hardwood cross slats or three metal cross slats with a rigid center support on each cross slat.
If you have a King mattress set, you may notice the formation of body signatures. As most individuals do not sleep in the middle of the bed and tend to sleep in the same spot night after night, body signatures may form. Therefore, you may notice a ridge in the middle of the mattress, which is quite normal.
Most people go through an adjustment period with their new mattress. It is likely that your old mattress lost its support capabilities and your body was conforming to a non-supportive posture while sleeping. Your body needs to adjust to the corrective action of the new support system. Depending on the individual, this adjustment period my last a few days or up to a month. Your initial discomfort should subside and you will be sleeping wonderfully in no time at all!
Simple caution and care will protect your investment. Be mindful of the following situations that will void your manufacturer’s warranty.
- Do not remove the “Law Label” attached to the product. Contrary to popular belief, it is not actually illegal to remove, but it does contain coded information used to identify the mattress.
- Always protect your mattress and box spring from soiling and stains. We will not service or replace any item deemed unsanitary, as the law prohibits the handling of such items.
